Sharpening Mill
The sharpening mill is a mechanical equipment specially used to roll the ends of metal wires (such as iron wires, steel wires, copper wires, aluminum wires, etc.) to make them sharp. The working principle of this equipment is that the motor drives two or more sets of rollers to rotate through the reduction gearing device, and the end of the wire is squeezed and rolled into a pointed tip. It is mainly used in the wire drawing process to roll the end of the wire into a sharp point so that the wire can pass through the wire drawing die hole smoothly for subsequent drawing processing. Correct operation and maintenance of the sharpening mill can significantly improve the efficiency of the wire drawing process and product quality.
