Straight Line Wire Drawing Machine
The straight line wire drawing machine reduces wire diameter through multiple drawing dies and independently driven drawing drums. Each drawing block operates with coordinated speed and tension control, helping maintain stable wire drawing and a consistent finished wire diameter.
UNIWIN supplies straight line wire drawing machines with different drum configurations. The machine can be customized according to the wire material, inlet diameter, required outlet diameter, production capacity, local voltage, and take-up method. The finished cold-drawn wire can be used for nail making, wire mesh production, construction wire products, and other wire processing applications.
Our wire drawing machines have been supplied to customers in the United States, Kenya, Uganda, Russia, Turkey, Brazil, and other markets.

Complete Wire Drawing Line Equipment We Can Supply
* Main Process: Wire Pay-Off → Mechanical Descaling → Straight Line Wire Drawing → Wire Take-Up *

Cylinder-Type Wire Pay-Off Stand ( Alloy Material )
Feeds the raw wire smoothly into the production line.

Enclosed Descaling Machine ( Three Descaling Wheels )
Removes oxide scale and surface impurities from the wire rod before drawing.

Straight Line Wire Drawing Machine
The core equipment of the wire drawing line. The wire diameter is gradually reduced through multiple drawing dies and independently driven drums, while the tension control system helps maintain stable continuous drawing.

Wire Take-Up Machine
Collects finished wire into coils for storage or further processing. We supply hydraulic, elephant trunk, and I-wheel take-up machines.

Sharpening Mill
Reduces the diameter of the wire end so that it can pass through the first drawing die during initial threading.

Butt Welding Machine
Joins two wire ends during coil change or broken wire reconnection. After the welded joint is properly finished, the wire can continue through the drawing process.
